  • How long does the counselling & life coaching process take?

    - As long as you need, to achieve what you're looking for. Some people need a couple of session, other need more. At times other concerns are raised which you may want to address, which may extended your expected timeframe. Whatever the case, we'll work together to help you make the best decision.​

  • What payment methods are available?

    -Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, EFTPOS, Afterpay

  • Do you accept private health insurance?

    -No

  • What happens if I arrive late to my appointment ?

    -Arriving late for your appointment will result in a reduction of the appointment duration to prevent impact on subsequent appointments, with no reimbursement for lost time.

  • Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment ?

    -If you are not able to make your appointment or you need to cancel or reschedule;

    • notice provided at least 48 hours’ before session start time, 100% refund avilable.

    • notice provided between 48 – 24 hours’ before session start time, 50% refund available.

    • notice provided less than 24 hours before session start time, no refund available.

    -Cancellations or rescheduling can be done via the client portal or via email (no SMS).
