FAQ’s

  • As long as you need to achieve what you're looking for. Some people need a couple of sessions, others need more. At times other concerns are raised which you may want to address, which may extend your expected timeframe. Whatever the case, we'll work together to help you make the best decision.​


  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, EFTPOS, Afterpay

  • No

  • Arriving late for your appointment will result in a reduction of the appointment duration to prevent impact on subsequent appointments, with no reimbursement for lost time.


  • If you are not able to make your appointment, or you need to cancel or reschedule;

    1. Notice provided at least 48 hours before session start time, 100% refund available.

    2. Notice provided between 48 – 24 hours’ before session start time, 50% refund available.

    3. Notice provided less than 24 hours before session start time, no refund available.

    Cancellations or rescheduling can be done via the client portal or via email (no SMS).


  • Medicare rebates aren’t available for career counselling or coaching.
    Though this often doesn't make a difference to the out of pocket expense you'll pay when seeing other professionals in the well-being or mental health space that Medicare provides a rebate.
    This also forgoes the requirement of a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) and the requirement to report to a GP.


  • No, you don’t need a referral. You can book a session whenever you feel ready.

  • The first session is about understanding where you are and what’s been a struggle for you. We’ll go through your background, current challenges and goals. You can share what’s on your mind, ask questions and we’ll discuss how sessions could work for you. Think of it as a practical, supportive space to explore what’s next for your career and life.

  • Career Counselling focuses on exploring thoughts, emotions and challenges related to work and life. It helps you navigate uncertainty, rebuild confidence, manage stress and gain clarity on your career direction.


    Career Coaching is more structured and action-oriented. It helps you set goals, create strategies and take steps toward purposeful and meaningful work. It’s ideal for career transitions, job searching and professional growth. Most clients benefit from a combination of both, tailored to your situation and pace.
